Sandooka/ treasure chest
Everyday after a meal, my great grandmother yanked off a leaf from the betel vine in her backyard. She smeared it with lime paste, rolled it up tidily with pieces of areca nut stuffed inside, placed it in her mouth and chomped it vigoursly. When her saliva turned bright red and became copious she spat into a spitoon like the one above.
